About The Position

Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Business Analyst II in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities: Business Analyst II will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs Manage product backlog, customer tickets, build dashboards Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results As a Business Analyst II, you will help set up a wiki platform Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of complicated tasks May lead and direct the work of others May report directly to a project lead or manager Bachelor's degree in related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in Business analysis and making/optimizing workflow Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts Good problem-solving skills Strong communicator - understand how to get to root of the issue, communicate solutions effectively Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com; Software nice to have: Confluence, Wiki experience A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business analysis and making/optimizing workflow
  • Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator - understand how to get to root of the issue, communicate solutions effectively
  • Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Software nice to have: Confluence, Wiki experience
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
