The Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting analysis and reports to management which document project progress, status, and risks. Provide analysis of operational data to ensure contractual service level agreements are being met, including but not limited to various internal and external reports daily, weekly, and monthly. Create various maps upon requests, assist with Quarterly Business Reviews, and ad hoc reporting. Act as subject matter expert on assigned areas of responsibility. Conduct record research efforts within several various internal platforms, analyze the findings, follow path to resolution and provide a clear professional response back to the customer. Track progress, issues and risks associated with assigned areas of responsibility. In addition to the job duties noted, additional similar work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, colleagues, and other program stakeholders.
  • Experience overseeing aspects of operational and project administration including meeting deadlines, communicating effectively, and monitoring progress of projects.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, charts and related analytical functions desired.
  • Trainable efficiencies in ternal platforms and systems, as necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in a similar field or PMO supporting role.
  • Experience with all aspects of operational and project administrative duties including meeting deadlines, handling day to day assigned tasks, and monitoring progress and risks of projects.
  • Experience preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
