We are seeking a Business Analyst II to partner closely with our Product team, with a focus on how the broader Machine Learning & Research and Sensor Intelligence teams efforts come to life within the product experience. This role sits at the intersection of algorithms and product â you'll develop a deep understanding of WHOOP's core algorithms (heart rate, sleep, activities, etc.) while connecting that knowledge to broader product strategy, feature adoption, and member engagement. We are looking for someone who is fluent in data, driven by product thinking, and eager to understand complex analytical challenges. This person should feel empowered to foster their own curiosity, ask sharp questions about how algorithmic outputs translate into the member experience, and raise support for ideas that meaningfully impact WHOOP's product.
