About The Position

Arthrex is actively searching for a Business Analyst II – Operations Technology to identify, define, and document business processes and requirements for various business initiatives. They serve as a liaison between Business and other teams (internal or external) by facilitating communication and determining objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 + years of relevant work experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification in Project Management methodologies is preferred.
  • Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
  • Lean Certifications preferred (Lean Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve business goals.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Use a variety of techniques to elicit business requirements such as: interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, storyboards, etc.
  • Add value to the business by partnering and consulting to make recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
  • Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks and the impact to the business up and down stream.
  • Work with business partners to prioritize requirements.
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Manage changes throughout the delivery process.
  • Create artifacts as appropriate, such as: business case, use case, scope, requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.
  • Support business in the identification, selection, testing, training, and deployment of solutions.
  • Document current processes and models to understand and identify potential improvement.
  • Identify and assist in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business processes.
  • Adhere to the Quality System and Change Control Procedures.
  • Occasional Travel including domestic and international, as required.
