About The Position

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Solutions team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional accounting and administration servicing for our clients' assigned alternative investment funds. As a business analyst, you will serve as a dedicated resource to the alternative investment fund services department to assist with internal and external client solutions/product based support.

Requirements

• BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience with alternative investment systems; Geneva is preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Operations, Solutions, Product and Development teams.
• Identify, develop, and implement product and technology based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and mitigate operational risk.
• Document and implement business and functional product requirements.
• Build project plans and drive them forward to completion by collaborating with others, executing tasks, and removing any hurdles that arise.
• Educate the operations teams on our products/solutions.
• Maintain a general understanding of our various businesses, client businesses and financial services generally.
• Work across multiple product teams to drive initiatives forward.
