As part of the business value delivery team, you'll serve as a strategic interface with assigned business units focusing on full lifecycle project value identification, alignment, and realization while developing strong business partnerships. Assigned projects and tasks may include, but are not limited to, organizational readiness and change management activities for the customer service and operations (CS&O) organization as well as partners in other business units. As assigned, you'll serve as project coordinator or project lead on moderately complex projects, coordinating business activities, monitoring results, providing status updates and project timelines to the business. You will also provide mentoring and training for other business analysts. This role will be filled following our hybrid work model at our Stevens Point, WI office.
