About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically skilled professional to join our Executive Benefits team. This role will focus on supporting and driving new business development in the Insurance Company-Owned Life Insurance (ICOLI) space. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial modeling and investment analysis capabilities with a consultative approach to client engagement and proposal development. The candidate should possess a strong desire to grow and develop as a professional to meet the needs of the business. This is a full-time position working from our Austin, TX office.
