About The Position

As a Business Analyst I, you will be responsible for driving profits and cutting costs by providing analysis and reporting on departmental/group revenue, expense, and strategic projects. We will count on you to proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business process changes and improvements across the services organization systems and processes, and represent the services organization in cross-functional process/system design and development efforts to ensure optimal end-to-end solutions. Along the way, you will get to: Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication. Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired results. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees. Requirements

  • BS/BA required with a concentration in a business discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements definition, project management, change management, and problem-solving, preferably in a service business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP; CRM experience a plus.
  • Experience with process improvements across different departments within an organization required.
