As a Business Analyst Clinical Supplies Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing: Responsible for day-to-day execution and completion of assigned business operations support activities. May have diverse responsibilities that vary including supporting areas such as master data, process support, SAP, business system support, and compliance activities. Responsible for material master entry, changes, maintenance, clean up & pricing updates Responsible for managing the SAP business reports calendar, running regularly scheduled system data reports, and distributing and/or posting for users May provide support for trial master file activities including day-to-day upload of ASM TMF required files & performance of reconciliation activities May execute system activity in preparation of metrics report outs Provides support to systems UAT testing as needed May provide information to support department leaders in audit & tax engagements When asked, identify and/or support investigation of process management issues with team documenting issues and coordinating resolutions as required by business May provide Merck with SAP outputs in support of process controls certifications Monitors open system sales orders for issues Day to day support of system Integration (EDI)/IDOC issues and respond to error messages toward resolution May assist with coordination of system downtime with ASM team and IT/Comet system stakeholders May provide technical support to ASM operations team May provide ad hoc reporting to various members of ASM as requested Execute and support compliance reporting process (PPSA, EFPIA, FOCUS) Execution/implementation support for future business system enhancements May perform training as delegated Provides day to day support of share drive and share point sites for access and maintenance needs May provide ASM team with Book of Business protocol forecast updates
