Under general guidance, the Business Analyst provides quantitative and qualitative analysis and support for business operations, planning and development, and activities covering areas such as business development, human resources, administration, budget management, business information systems, logistics and contracts. This role typically involves developing information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other business unit capabilities, and may include performing certain operational activities on behalf of the business unit. The analyst will also provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers and ensure all duties are performed in compliance with standard operating procedures and applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The American Red Cross is seeking a Hero Care Center Business Analyst, and this position can be based anywhere within the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
