Requirements

• 2+ years of digital technology team lead experience.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience in a relevant vertical industry.
• Experience with major payer customers in the sales & marketing domain.
• Expertise in Payer HEDIS/STAR/Quality area.
• Techno-functional mindset with strong requirement writing skills.
• Solid PowerPoint and storytelling skills.
• Project management and people management experience.
• Mandatory SME, SQL, and knowledge of API.

Nice To Haves

• Masters or MBA degree.
• Experience in strategy divisions within Provider, PBM, Payer, and Life Sciences.
• Experience collaborating with CxO executives.
• Experience in Big 4 management firms.
• 5+ years as a digital technology team lead.
• Experience coordinating workstreams in multi-team projects using an onsite/offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital technology teams and manage client relationships.
• Consult within the healthcare payer industry, focusing on claims and sales & marketing domains.
• Write requirements and user stories for large-scale projects.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights into industry trends.
• Manage projects and people effectively.
