Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement initiatives, managing account plan dashboards, and providing critical operational support to the leadership team. You will be joining a high-growth, business-oriented team dedicated to delivering excellence through market intelligence and streamlined internal operations. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Drive Operational Excellence: Lead process improvement action plans and serve as a key member of the system upgrade team to enhance efficiency across the Iron Mountain Government Solutions business. Facilitate Market Intelligence and Growth: Research industry and competitor news to develop actionable plans, while maintaining the Account Plan Dashboard and "Win Wall" to track organizational success. Manage Financial and Office Operations: Oversee overhead investments and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, including forecasting expenses based on Purchase Orders (POs) and processing team expenses.

Requirements

• Professional experience in financial analysis, business/sales support, market/competitive analysis, or business process redesign.
• Strong technical proficiency in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, with a desire to learn Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Salesforce.
• Proven ability in organizational cadence, demonstrating the capacity to drive tasks across multiple priorities and diverse teams through strong written and verbal communication.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
