As a Business Analyst for Google Workspace Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and enhancing the customer lifecycle, which includes onboarding, upgrades, and churn. Your primary responsibility will be to define, track, and analyze key success metrics that drive business growth and inform our overall growth strategy. You will develop and implement research studies that provide foundational insights to inform business and product strategies, as well as measurement frameworks for go-to-market strategies and campaigns. Your ability to link consumer insights to strategic initiatives will be crucial in translating complex ideas into simple, intuitive communications that resonate with various stakeholders. In this role, you will prioritize and execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling to deliver actionable insights aimed at improving performance. You will drive the operating cadence, goal setting, and tracking of success metrics for the Lifecycle and Activation marketing team. As the expert on core metrics, you will ensure cross-functional alignment on success metrics and tracking methodologies, helping marketers understand their impact on topline business metrics and identifying leverage points for re-prioritization. Additionally, you will forecast the impact of proposed marketing campaigns and analyze channel attribution to provide comprehensive insights. Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Business leadership to define and communicate the strategic narrative effectively. Your role will involve engaging with a variety of audiences, from senior leadership to new employees, ensuring that the insights and strategies you develop are understood and actionable across the organization. Your passion for data and your ability to manage vendor relationships will also be essential in balancing future logistical and strategic needs, ultimately driving the success of Google Workspace's marketing initiatives.
