Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technical business analysis in Commercial Banking or Financial Services industry is required.
  • Skills with Payment (ACH, Swift, FedFunds, Real Time Payments), Fiserv Commercial Center, FIS XAA or Treasury Management solutions are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as IT project lead to ensure all business requirements are captured for design, testing and implementation of a variety of solutions across corporate systems needs and capabilities.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Work with business sponsors to determine business requirements necessary to increase efficiency and functionality of software/applications.
  • Design current and future state processes and assist with connecting all necessary teams together to push project from start to finish.
  • Design workflows, processes and solutions to solve business problems.
  • Ensure test strategies/plans involve appropriate integration and process components.
  • Develop test cases, system integration testing and validate test results during testing.
  • Build a strong cross functional understanding of both the company's products and business operations.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a manner where business line can easily understand.
  • Exercise independent judgement and take the lead role on projects.
