About The Position

This is a very senior, strategic-level Business Analyst / Project Controls advisor role . These individuals operate at the executive-facing level and are trusted advisors to senior SRNS leadership. The focus is on highly complex project controls, financial analysis, planning & scheduling, and earned value , often across multiple projects or major programs. This is not a hands-only analyst role. This is leadership, strategy, and influence.

Requirements

One of the following (no substitutions outside this framework): Master's degree + 17 years of experience, Bachelor's degree + 21 years of experience, Associate degree + 23 years of experience, High school diploma + 24 years of experience
Strong computer and business systems proficiency required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE Q clearance

Nice To Haves

DOE nuclear complex experience (strongly preferred)
Project controls, project management, and construction environments
Earned Value Management (EVM)

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory guidance on complex Project Controls, Financial, and P&S activities
Develop and direct project and program baseline plans , milestone schedules, WBSs, and spend plans
Lead and oversee variance analysis and corrective action strategies
Innovate advanced project controls and financial analysis concepts , including system enhancements
Serve as a business and financial advisor to senior management and external stakeholders
Prepare and present financial and programmatic briefings to Senior and Executive SRNS leadership
Guide, mentor, train, and provide oversight to Project Controls, Financial Analysts, and P&S teams
Conduct highly complex, multi-disciplinary analyses involving financial, technical, and organizational factors
Perform risk analysis and help define priorities and corrective actions across programs
