As a Business Analyst- Escrow Servicing in Mortgage Servicing, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and change initiatives by leveraging data and process analysis and your work will involve uncovering patterns in data, producing insightful reports, and developing solutions that support business strategies. You will be expected to apply your knowledge of automation and data analytics to solve problems and enhance processes and your role will also involve collaborating with various teams, delegating tasks, and coaching others to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your decisions, guided by established practices, will have a significant impact on our short-term goals and your ability to think strategically, innovate, and build effective teams will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze data and create reports.
  • Experience in projects, Jira, Agile, scrum, or waterfall frameworks.
  • Experience in Business Analysis.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to team success.

  • Proficiency in implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or escrow.
  • Expertise in applying customer service skills to understand client needs and deliver tailored business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team members and other departments (Customer Care, MSP, IT Developers, Internal and External Customers) to improve and create escrow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with some particular regulations and manage any MSP enhancements impacting escrow.
  • Support functions related to Taxes, Insurance, and Bankruptcy.
  • Participate in Agile project teams, contributing to planning, execution, and review.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Assist in the design and development of solutions that support the implementation of business strategies, applying your strategic thinking skills to evaluate potential scenarios and risks.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, coordinating efforts, sharing knowledge, and leveraging diverse perspectives to solve complex problems and drive organizational success.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to team members, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are aligned with business objectives for efficient and effective outcomes.
