About The Position

The successful candidate will support enterprise initiatives focused on implementing new products and enhancing existing offerings within the Payment and Digital space. Acting as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), this individual will possess a strong understanding of business needs, processes, change impacts, and end user experience. The role is highly involved in testing new products and enhancements, collaborating with Quality Assurance and SME teams to evaluate quality and ensure successful outcomes. Close partnership with operations, product experts, business leadership, project management, IT, and vendor partners is essential.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of related experience including direct experience in Treasury Management Service, Project Management, or IT-Application Support.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in documenting workflows, processes, functional designs, and managing project timelines and testing/implementation efforts.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an analyst to identify, develop, and document business unit requirements for projects.
  • Define system and functional requirements, maintaining awareness of project timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings to drive project results and work collaboratively with team members or independently to achieve goals.
  • Ensure attention to detail and actively challenge processes to deliver intended results.
  • Support projects throughout development and testing phases, including direct involvement in testing with SME experts and project teams.
  • Guide teams to understand objectives, evaluate testing results, and address deviations by prioritizing necessary changes.
  • Lead interactive discussions to troubleshoot issues and challenges.
  • Manage smaller business unit projects as the functional lead and provide regular summary communications on project status.
  • Support larger projects by leading specific work streams and participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, typically with IT leadership.
  • Provide level 3 Functional SME support for incident management.
