The Business Analyst, Digital Solutions supports the production, enhancement, and ongoing operation of solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics, with additional support for the Access CA client portal. This role reports to the Director of Digital Solutions and works closely with business and technology teams to ensure tools, workflows, and supporting systems are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a practical, execution-oriented approach and a willingness to learn. The Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, product and technology teams, and other internal groups to gather requirements, review business processes, support reporting and workflow needs, coordinate testing, and manage issue resolution. This individual will also contribute to enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency. The role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, organized individual comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with strong listening skills and the ability to respond to user support requests across the firm.
