About The Position

This is a dual business systems analyst and delivery lead role in a large wealth transformation program. As a Business Analyst, the resource will be responsible for gathering business requirements and conducting data mapping of feeds to downstream Finance and Treasury systems. As a Delivery lead, the resource will be responsible for creating project schedules, estimation, and managing the delivery of those integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a delivery lead in wealth management or finance systems (e.g. GL conversions)
• Ability to work with technology stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and business stakeholders
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis and data mapping activities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules
• Experience with managing monthly forecasting
• Experience in leading teams and ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget and high quality
• Experience working with QA on root cause analysis, triaging and creating testing metrics
• Experience working on large transformation programs and conversion projects
• Strong SDLC experience in waterfall and agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on business and technical requirements provided.
• Facilitate the session(s) to gather all requirements/create the user stories.
• Document confirmed requirements/work with Product Owner on User Stories.
• Provide clarifications and support to project team during design, development and testing phases.
• Understand Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.
• Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
• Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
• Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Apply depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
• Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Become SME and provide support during various phases of Testing and Post-Production validation.
• Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
