Requirements
- Extensive experience conducting business analysis on large or complex IT initiatives. - 10 years
- Proven ability to lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document analysis. – 10 years
- Strong experience documenting current-state business processes and workflows - 10 years
- Experience assessing multiple applications or systems that support similar business functions. – 10 years
- Ability to identify commonalities, variations, and opportunities for standardization across programs. – 10 years
- Experience with permitting, licensing, regulatory, or case management systems.
- Experience in government or public sector IT environments
- Candidate must be CURRENT WI resident. NO RELOCATION ALLOWED.
- Hybrid work schedule, 60% remote and 40% in the office.
