Position Overview: This position is for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with effective multi-tasking and communication skills. As a liaison across business users and technical resources, this role will be expected to respond to business partner inquiries, perform analysis for developing new solutions while also enhancing and providing support for new and existing applications. The Business Analyst role will work with more senior Business Analysts in IT delivery teams primarily supporting Acadian’s Investment Operations Groups. Primary focus is helping users understand our Positions and Transactions datasets, responding to questions about the data, and laying the foundation for management reporting dashboards. This is an excellent opportunity to expand functional knowledge of the business domain while helping the team deliver new capabilities to the firm. The Business Analyst CO-OP reports to a Business Architect and is a member of the Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter able to handle multiple projects at once and be comfortable working across teams. We are looking to hire a Co-Op for a 6 month opportunity, July – December 2026 only. Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; Co-Ops are on-site in the Boston office 3-4 days a week.
