This role is open to hiring a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst depending on the qualifications of the candidate. The Analytics and Insights team within Fidelity's CS&A Learning organization supports the associate performance and learning analytics of the Client Service, Investment Advisor, and Investor Services organizations. We support the Skills Accumulation Strategy through gathering business and learner data, identifying trends in learner performance and behavior, and creating reporting and visualizations to clearly communicate business impact by working closely with internal Performance Consultants, Learning Experience Architects, and Strategy Team Leaders.

  • Collaborating with peers within the CS&A Learning Strategy Teams by driving insights and results through the Skills Strategy across the CS&A organizations.
  • Consulting with business partners, including senior leaders, on ways to improve learning experience and business outcomes through data analysis and visualizations.
  • Researching, testing, and sharing new visualizations, technology platforms, and analytic techniques.
  • 3+ years combined experience in data pipeline engineering, data visualization, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication skills and experience building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Structured Query Language (SQL), Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI, Python/R experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Prioritization skills focusing on multiple sophisticated projects, each with their own set of unique requirements, stakeholders, and shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of the requirements gathering process for data analysis and visualization.
  • Working knowledge of stochastic and algorithmic analytical techniques.
  • Ability to build trust with leaders and associates by sharing accurate and valuable insights regarding learning experiences and associate performance.
