The Analytics and Insights team within Fidelity's CS&A Learning organization supports the associate performance and learning analytics of the Client Service, Investment Advisor, and Investor Services organizations. We support the Skills Accumulation Strategy through gathering business and learner data, identifying trends in learner performance and behavior, and creating reporting and visualizations to clearly communicate business impact by working closely with internal Performance Consultants, Learning Experience Architects, and Strategy Team Leaders.
