Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Use analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
  • Employ appropriate tools and methodologies to discover patterns of risks and abuse, helping to reduce bad debt.
  • Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build actionable models to optimize Buyer Risk Prevention in specific countries.
  • Solve analytical problems and effectively communicate methodologies and results.
  • Build analyses for product launches and draw inferences and conclusions.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations of processed data to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams.
