As a Senior Business Analyst for Digital Products & Web Platforms, you will take ownership of the backlog and act as the Product Owner across various web initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of the backlog and refining it on a day-to-day basis. You will maintain a consistent pipeline of refined user stories, ensuring they are ready for PI planning and sprint planning. Your role will involve writing detailed, testable user stories with acceptance criteria that trace back to business goals, while proactively flagging dependencies, blockers, gaps, and edge cases. Additionally, you will own ticket triage, story clean-up, release notes, and Confluence documentation. You will lead discovery and requirements by facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs, translating high-level goals into epics, features, and detailed user stories. You will define both functional and non-functional requirements and edge cases. Your expertise in CMS and Contentful will be crucial as you support content authors and marketers, acting as the first line of support for questions and issues, troubleshooting problems, and working with developers to escalate bugs or contribute to component enhancements. You will ensure that new features and content models are clearly documented for non-technical users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will run refinement, planning, and demo sessions in partnership with product, PMO, and engineering teams. You will collaborate with UX on Figma handoffs, validations, and ensuring designs align with business context and user stories. You will drive content strategy discussions, layout optimizations, and scalable tagging practices. In terms of testing and delivery, you will partner with QA to validate functionality, write test cases, and support UAT. You will own the creation of release notes and knowledge transfer to content authors or business users, tracking staging and production changes and notifying content authors of go-lives. You will connect data to decisions by analyzing data trends, user behavior, and VOC to uncover areas for improvement, creating documentation such as process flows, data mappings, and integration specs, and serving as a subject matter expert for web products and workflows. Finally, you will enable scalable product practices by championing consistent documentation and templates across teams, partnering with Product Ops to evolve the BA practice, and contributing to team-level OKRs.
