Key Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these objectives. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear process documentation. Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Support the development and implementation of business solutions that align with organizational goals. Contribute to team knowledge sharing by providing insights and best practices related to business process analysis. Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet customer needs and business objectives. Note: This role requires 3 days per week onsite client work and 5 days away per quarter

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience
• Financial planning and analysis
• Data management, automation and AI
• Technology business analysis
• Bachelor's Degree
