BRMi is seeking a Business Analyst (ETS Analyst) with experience in Azure DevOps Wiki to support our large financial services client in Vienna VA. This position is hybrid in Vienna VA 2 days per week.
Evaluate overall performance and identify areas for improvement leveraging digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes.
Create strategies to help the business become more efficient.
Own and maintain the team's ADO Wiki, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest processes and initiatives.
Create and manage SharePoint pages for the architecture team and align content with ADO Wiki for consistency and transparency.
Regularly update and refine team processes within ADO Wiki based on changes in practices.
Maintain the team's ADO backlog, assist architects with work item creation, categorization, and progress tracking.
Support the integration of the ADO backlog with the executive delivery metrics dashboard for any new core services within the team.
Act as the primary point of contact (Branch lead) for cross-team collaboration and lead across all the groups within TSA to ensure successful and seamless integration of ADO backlogs into the Exec Dashboard.
Oversee the data integrity within the executive delivery metrics dashboard to ensure work items are appropriately created and maintained.
Track the lifecycle of work items to ensure timely opening and closure in accordance with defined SLAs.
Ensure consistency and synchronization between ServiceNow demand intake tasks and ADO work items.
Gather info from various sources (Service Now and ADO) to create diagrams in PPT.
Update team pages and correct links and presentations on SharePoint.
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
Knowledge of business process modeling and system integration.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Wiki management.
Experience with SharePoint coordination.
