Join us as a Business Analyst (Grade 4) on the Transfer Agent and Administration Team (TAAM) where you will play a key role in servicing, educating, and resolving day to day operational issues for our key client relationships as one of two AWD Administrators. The OSG Client Services TA Administration and Management team is responsible for the SS&C vendor management relationship. The team has a diverse landscape of responsibilities involving SS&C application oversight, configuration, defect management, system enhancements, event planning/oversight and testing. This Business Analyst role will be responsible for the Administration of SS&C's workflow management tool AWD.
