About The Position

A Technical Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, analyzing their business needs, and designing solutions to meet those needs. This position requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of technology and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT teams.
  • Manage internal software developers, specifically those working with Salesforce and Oracle, to ensure alignment with business goals and successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment on project objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business processes, system requirements, and user guides.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure they can effectively utilize new systems.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in business processes and systems, recommending solutions as necessary.
