You will partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and support key strategic initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL, Power BI.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Create process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRD).
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams during project lifecycle.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making.
Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
Understanding basic business processes (O2C. P2P)
