You will partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and support key strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Create process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRD).
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams during project lifecycle.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Understanding basic business processes (O2C. P2P)
