The Business Analyst – Access Center duties will primarily revolve around maintaining an efficient provider scheduling process for the network. This role will be responsible for the maintenance of key Epic Cadence documents including provider scheduling decision trees, IT technical requirements, provider template designs, and provider clinical time targets. The Business Analyst will partner with the Manager, Capacity Planning to support assigned service lines with provider capacity planning. This role will support routine Patient Access Analytics review through monthly and quarterly engagement meetings with assigned specialties to continually improve patient scheduling and performance of patient access targets, such as schedule utilization and patient throughput.
