About The Position
The Business Analyst 2 at Ventura County Credit Union (VCCU) plays a crucial role in enhancing the financial well-being of members and the community. This position involves collaborating with business line stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements. Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, the analyst will facilitate communication between diverse stakeholder groups and the solution delivery team, ensuring alignment with VCCU's technology and member service strategies. The role includes leading the development of business cases, managing agile ceremonies, and overseeing application testing and training activities.
