Business Analyst 2 (Finance + Supply Chain) Join our team as an Business Analyst 2 and play a key role in owning and optimizing Finance and Customer Service focused business processes across the organization for our manufacturing and distribution business. This role partners closely with all areas of the business to ensure both system and process solutions deliver measurable results. Major functions include defining and implementing efficient work procedures, owning business processes for leveraging ERP software, investigating issues and working closely across all levels of the business to improve business processes within and across our IT systems. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or finance related field.
  • Strong communication skills — you can simplify the complex and present information clearly.
  • A love for data, analysis, and creative problem‑solving.
  • An organized, proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to experience firsthand how our systems power real operations.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another large‑scale ERP, particularly in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

  • Turn data into action. Use AI, Excel, and automated analytics tools to uncover opportunities that boost both back office and operational productivity and streamline operations.
  • Become a champion. Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics, leading user adoption, training, and continuous improvement efforts with a strong focus on Finance and Supply Chain processes.
  • Shape the tools of tomorrow. Own functional testing and validation activities, including test strategy, execution, defect triage, and business sign‑off, ensuring solutions meet financial, operational, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead with curiosity. Independently manage cross functional process analysis initiatives, partnering with Finance and operational stakeholders to prioritize, justify, and deliver process improvements aligned to business goals.
  • Communicate with influence. Facilitate working sessions and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating trade‑offs, risks, and financial impacts.
  • Bring ideas to life. Support solution design, evaluate system performance, and contribute to project planning across business teams.
  • Create helpful resources. Build user guides, FAQs, and documentation that empower teams to use systems confidently.
