About The Position

The Business Analyst 2 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit. This role involves facilitating the delivery of improvements through Agile ceremonies utilizing ADO, Backlogs, and Sprints, and supporting the implementation of technical changes to systems and tools that support business operations. The analyst collaborates with leadership, business units, vendors, IT, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand requirements and value added, determine prioritization, and validate solutions. They help translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring that requirements are well defined, documented, and ready for development. The analyst also collaborates with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals, tests and implements business process and/or system modifications, and maintains, monitors, and updates assigned business processes and/or systems. Additionally, they research complex problems and act independently to resolve them, analyze existing business processes and systems, and determine technical or procedural improvements to implement changes. The role may also involve developing and providing user training for new and existing applications, products, and procedures, as well as designing processes to meet regulatory requirements. The analyst analyzes reports and makes recommendations for improvements in processes and/or systems, provides technical support to business units, customers, management, and other users, and acts as a liaison between software vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas. They may serve as lead analyst in training or projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Working Experience within operations and/or technology.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical or business-related field.
  • General banking experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word).
  • Prior experience in MSP, Hogan and/or Tableau.
