As a Business Analyst Intern, you will assist the team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects, helping to gather and organize data, perform analyses, and contribute to insights that support business decisions. You’re eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and excited to collaborate with team members to understand business problems and explore solutions. “I am ready to learn and contribute at Capital Group.”

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and business strategy.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly.
  • Organized, effective communicator, analytical, and eager to learn new tools and concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • worked with SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • You will help pull and organize data that supports team members in solving business problems.
  • You will assist in creating reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
  • You will support projects by conducting research and preparing summaries.
  • You will learn how to interpret data and communicate findings in a clear, concise way.
  • You will gain exposure to tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization.
