As a Business Analysis Manager – Media Analytics & Attribution, you’ll play a key role in evaluating paid media performance, optimizing investment strategies, and guiding business decisions with clear, actionable analytics. In this role, you will develop and lead analytical solutions that quantify marketing effectiveness, improve attribution accuracy, and uncover growth opportunities. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, and Data Science—to shape the media strategy and ensure that T-Mobile’s paid media campaigns deliver maximum return on investment. This position is located at our Bellevue, WA HQ and offers a hybrid schedule of a minimum 3 days a week in office!
