About The Position

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analysis Group Manager for its New York, New York location. Duties: Lead and execute Technology projects. Work with Stakeholders to understand the Wealth Management Business, and document the Business Requirements in Confluence to perform impact assessments. Build Epics and Roadmap for the delivery of features for the user experience of wealth customers, and financial advisors by simplifying the current business processes. Automate manual processes. Drive the design solution by partnering with the Engineering and Architecture teams to align the design with the Enterprise Architecture Methodology. Document the Epics in JIRA, break down each Epic into User stories, and lead the Grooming sessions for Business and Technical grooming of the User Stories. Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, as well as objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects. Solve security vulnerabilities, avoid audit findings, and identify and communicate risks and impacts in the projects such as schedule risk, budget risk, scope creeps, stakeholder issues, and propose risk mitigation options. Determine system functional specifications, and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards. Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic functional decisions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a IT Business Lead Analyst, Lead Consultant, or related position leading enterprise-level technology initiatives for a global financial services client.
  • 6 years of experience must include: Agile Product management with JIRA, Confluence; Working within the banking domain including financial products and industry regulations; Data science tools including SQL, Data analysis using Excel and Power Query, and Visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Python; Project management of Agile scrum projects; Oversight of IT resources; and Technical solution design and delivery.
