About The Position
As a Business Advisory Services Consultant specializing in Organizational Effectiveness at Slalom, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate change and drive transformative outcomes. Our Business Advisory Services teams are dedicated to redefining possibilities for our clients, focusing on high-impact projects that meet clients where they are. You will be part of a dynamic team that goes beyond the expected, assisting clients in moving confidently through ambiguity and risk. Your expertise in change management will be crucial as you lead workstreams within strategic and transformational engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for driving change management workstreams, often as part of larger engagements. You will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans that encompass leadership alignment, effective communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of success. Collaborating with client stakeholders at all levels, you will identify and assess stakeholder needs, determine change impacts, and address training requirements for technology-driven and business transformations. Facilitating meetings and workshops with diverse groups of stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that agendas are strong and focused. You will position yourself as a partner and Organizational Effectiveness expert, building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration. Your ability to lead change management strategy and execution for technology adoption and business transformation will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
