As a Business Analyst in our Observability and Monitoring team, you'll play a key role in helping to in guiding our team through a shift from a traditional requirement gathering approach to a more consultative, solution-driven methodology. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in both business analysis and consultation, with a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to identify business requirements, propose scalable solutions, and help drive the team's adoption of a consultative approach to monitoring and observability.
