About The Position

Now Hiring: Bus Tire Service Technician Join a Team That Keeps the City Moving Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big? We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically minded individuals to become Bus Tire Service Technicians — essential players in keeping our city’s transit fleet running safely and efficiently. This position requires a valid driver's license and CDL. Training for CDL will be provided by the Company. Pay Range: $24.96 - $45.96 In this role, you’ll get hands-on with some of the biggest tires in the business. Your work will directly support public safety and keep the transit buses ready. This position requires you to move, drive, or otherwise operate transit vehicles, as well as perform tire maintenance and service on transit bus vehicles. This position requires a structured shift schedule, as assigned by the location based on shift availability. Requirements

  • This position requires a valid driver's license and CDL.
  • This position requires you to move, drive, or otherwise operate transit vehicles, as well as perform tire maintenance and service on transit bus vehicles.
  • This position requires a structured shift schedule, as assigned by the location based on shift availability.

Responsibilities

  • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair large transit bus tires.
  • Maintain tire equipment and tools — we count on you to keep things running smoothly.
  • Load and unload tires and related materials.
  • Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free — safety is always first.
  • Participate in team meetings and stay up to date on procedures.
  • Complete documentation and service logs accurately and on time.
  • Use personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.
  • Tackle other tasks as needed — there’s always something to learn.
