This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered. As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be part of the Build Alignment and Execution team responsible for owning the end-to-end business analysis process, enforcing rigorous backlog readiness standards and leading execution oversight to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Mastery of advanced business analysis techniques (e.g., data analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis).
• Certifications in multiple Agile frameworks and methodologies preferred.
• Mastery of release management process and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal issue dynamics with ease.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating mastery in eliciting, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements.
• Leading workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of BSA team members in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Providing expert guidance on stakeholder management strategies, including communication techniques and conflict resolution.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on deep understanding of business needs.
• Championing a customer-centric approach to requirements management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Providing expert guidance on Agile best practices and methodologies.
• Advising on process improvements to optimize Agile workflows.
• Leading large-scale Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.
• Continuously refining Agile practices and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement process.
• Leading by example in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Actively participating in release management activities.
