As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Asset Management Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical research and analysis within our Asset Management Tech line of business. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Business Systems Analysts.

  • Partner effectively with the Product Owners in Asset Management.
  • Conduct research and analysis for feature development.
  • Guide or actively engage in backlog refinement (grooming) sessions to ensure a shared understanding of upcoming work.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on their business value, alignment with project goals, and urgency.
  • Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhance system productivity, as needed.
  • Provide senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
  • Analyze, define and document clients requirements, and revise existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
