Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor Primary Purpose: Assists Wait Staff in providing service to customers. Stocks, removes, and resets dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens and other related restaurant supplies.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma preferred.
Prior work experience in similar position preferred, but no previous experience required.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English preferred.
Ability to perform duties safely, swiftly and accurately while providing courteous and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

Removes soiled or unused dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens or other related restaurant supplies from customers' tables.
Resets tables as necessary.
Stocks dining areas and assists with table settings.
Serves beverages, refills water, coffee and tea as needed.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining room areas
Performs other duties as assigned.
