About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Worker to load buses with snack packs and water for tours into Denali National Park. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate loading of the buses prior to bus departures each morning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and maintain high standards of quality as well as physical fitness and stamina. About Denali National Park & Preserve and Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture: Summer days in Alaska stretch nearly endlessly, with up to 20 hours of daylight on the Summer Solstice. Spanning 6.2 million acres, Denali National Park & Preserve is home to Denali, the highest peak in North America, and attracts over half a million visitors annually. Conveniently accessible by road—4.5 hours from Anchorage and 2 hours from Fairbanks. Doyon Limited and Aramark have teamed up in a Joint Venture as the Denali National Park & Preserve's Concessionaire. Open May to September, our operation manages the transportation, retail, guest service and food and beverage concessions with our client; The National Park Service. By road, our 100 Blue Bird Bus Fleet takes guests past the 15-mile public access point daily during summer months, allowing people to hike, view wildlife, climb, and camp where few people have set foot. This is a seasonal role with ideal dates of May 7 - September 19, 2026. We offer competitive wages, paid Holidays, Sick Pay and Benefits Stipend. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and load meals, beverages, and related supplies onto buses in a timely manner.
  • Verify that each bus is stocked with the correct quantity and variety of items for its group.
  • Secure all items to prevent spillage or damage during transit.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, drinks, and packaging supplies; report shortages or reorder needs to the supervisor.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards for freshness, presentation, and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Work closely with bus and transportation staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and supervisors to address last-minute changes or special requests.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and transportation.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and proper handling of perishable items.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
