Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry full trays/bus trays.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Bus Person in full service dining room preferred.
Responsibilities
- Working in conjunction with captain and food server to exceed guest standards.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintain their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
- Responsible for prompt clear and reset of tables after each guest.
- Inspecting entire floor area, ensure that it is clean and side stations are well-stocked.
