About The Position

General Summary Bus and set tables in the outlet. Pre-bus tables to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments necessary. Maintains the side and drink stations by cleaning and stocking. Assist servers with drink orders and drink replenishing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clears and cleans tables to ensure the table is ready for the next guest and transports bus trays to the back of the house for cleaning. Re-sets tables with silverware and napkins for the next guest. Sets condiments according to table standards and pre-busses tables to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments needed. Assist in taking guest drink requests (including alcoholic drinks), delivers and ensures that drinks are refilled throughout the guest's meal, including both alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages. Replenishes wares in side stations, cleans and maintains beverage equipment and cleans front of the house areas. Removes all bus carts with dirty plates and trash cans to the back of the house. Stocks silverware, plates and cups. Keeps all side stations and floors clean and clear of debris. Cleans assigned section at the end of shift. Attends training classes required by management. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests

Requirements

  • Six months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high volume restaurant strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or ability to speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
  • Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Previous experience in a high volume restaurant strongly preferred.
