Start at $18/hour during training and $23/hour after training, with great benefits like: A 401(k) Employee referral bonuses Company events Room for advancement THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR BUS OPERATOR - DRIVER THE SCHEDULE: Your schedule will vary based on routes and charter trips. Some days you'll drive a regular bus route, while others you may take groups on charter trips. Training lasts 4 - 6 weeks , and we'll pay you while you earn your CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements, if you don't already have them. YOUR ROLE: As a Bus Operator - Driver, you'll ensure passengers get to their destinations safely and comfortably. You'll drive different routes, stay on schedule, and provide friendly customer service. You'll greet passengers, help with luggage, and create a smooth and enjoyable ride. Some days may involve regular bus routes, while others include charter trips across the state or beyond. If you're on a multi-day trip, we'll cover your hotel and meals.
