As an Advisor Sr within PNC’s Business Management Office, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Cleveland, OH and Richmond, VA. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Business Experience Professionals. Candidates should have experience with the following: Executive Reporting & Insights Develop and maintain automated, executive‑ready dashboards and reports for CIO leadership, consolidating data from technology, risk, HR, financial, and operational teams. Governance & Business Operations Support Manage governance routines—including steering committees, business reviews, decision logs, and risk/issue tracking—to support transparency and alignment across Corporate Functions and Technology. Business–Technology Liaison Serve as a connector between enterprise business partners and technology teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities, requirements, and outcomes across the organization. Workforce & Financial Planning Coordination Support headcount planning, workforce strategy, and financial reconciliation by partnering with HR, Finance, and Workforce Technology to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment to business strategy. Communications & Organizational Engagement Prepare internal communications, leadership updates, and outreach materials in collaboration with Marketing/Communications; support engagement activities, town halls, and enterprise visibility efforts. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Indirectly leads cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Leads execution and implementation of business planning processes.
  • Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Consults and influences key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
