As a Business Experience Senior Specialist within PNC's Business Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

• University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
• Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
