As a Business Experience, Planning & Administration Group Manager within PNC’s Business Management Office, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Cleveland, OH, and Richmond, VA. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Business Experience Professionals. Candidates should have experience with the following: Strategic Leadership & Organizational Alignment Lead Business Management Office functions supporting Corporate Functions and Technology. Act as a liaison between technology teams and enterprise business teams, ensuring shared priorities and coordinated execution. Serve as a strategic advisor and operational extension of the CIO, supporting visibility, communication, and enterprise‑level decision processes. Business Operations & Reporting Oversee advanced analytics, automation, and executive‑ready reporting. Integrate data, dashboards, and metrics across HR, Risk, Finance, and Technology. Drive continuous improvement via modern tools, automation, and optimized workflows. Governance, Risk & Controls Partner closely with Risk and Compliance to ensure operational, reporting, and control expectations are met. Support governance routines, annual planning, audit readiness, and enterprise standards. Workforce & Organizational Planning Collaborate with HR and Workforce Technology on headcount planning, org design, labor strategy, and organizational health metrics. Align workforce planning with business and technology strategy. Communications, Outreach & Engagement Develop leadership communications, CIO updates, and enterprise messaging in partnership with Marketing and Communications. Support enterprise outreach, town halls, engagement programs, and technology storytelling. Innovation & Enterprise Collaboration Partner with the Enterprise Garage and innovation teams to advance new technologies and modernized practices. Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Leads a team or multiple teams that develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
