Bus Driver - New Drivers: $22.05 + Paid Training - Experienced Drivers: Up to $23.55
About The Position

New Drivers (entry-level): Starting pay is $22.05/hour + 6 weeks of paid onsite and in-route training in our Transit buses. Get your CDL on us! We provide reimbursement for your CDL permit and CDL license with passenger and airbrake endorsement. Experienced Transit Drivers: Earn up to $23.55/hour, based upon relevant transit driving experience. Take the first step towards a lasting career, apply today! Requirements
- High School Diploma, or its equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License at time of hire
- Ability to obtain a Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class "B" with passenger and air-brake endorsement within 90 days
- Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five years
- Must be able to work flexible hours/days
- Drivers may be expected to work any combination of hours from 4:00 AM to 11:30 PM , 7 days a week
- Please understand that once a schedule is set for the bid period, it will be all mornings or all afternoons
- Consistent shifts throughout each week so you will know your schedule in advance and will be able to plan around it
